Bio

With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Thomas Werbe has worked in both residential and commercial real estate, with properties ranging from large commercial buildings to single family homes.

Throughout his career, Thomas has been involved in every aspect of real estate, including acting as a building owner, property manager, and sales broker.  He has worked all sides of transactions, and is known for his dedication to his clients, his trustworthy and hardworking demeanor, and his skill as a team leader.

Thomas is a licensed Real Estate Broker, is a member of both the San Francisco and San Mateo County Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

With deep ties to the Bay Area, Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Notre Dame De Namur University, and is an active community volunteer through his work with the Marine Mammal Center, Surfrider Foundation, and Second Harvest Food Bank.

When Tom is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, playing golf and helping his community. Tom and his wife, Carlynn have traveled extensively across the world giving him a great appreciation and respect to the community, which they belong to.
